-No, we are able to fuel as long as your fuel door is unlocked.How do you access my fuel door?
- If your fuel door is generally locked, you will need to leave it cracked for us to access your gas cap.How is fuel priced?
-Fuel pricing is based on the market rate plus a small fee.Is KMR Fuel insured?
-Yes.Can you fuel multiple vehicles at the same house/location?
-Yes, up to two vehicles can be added at the same location. To make a request for additional vehicles, or if you are a fleet please email [email protected]What happens if my car is moved?
-If we can't find your vehicle at the address it was listed at we will try to get a hold of you to see if you are nearby, and we will do what we can to complete your fueling.

Welcome to Knocks Mobile Refueling (“KMR Fuel “, “KMR”, “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, services, or mobile fueling program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
KMR Fuel provides on-site vehicle fueling services for approved customers within designated service areas. Services may include one-time fuel deliveries and recurring subscription-based fueling services.
Service availability is subject to location, scheduling capacity, weather, operational limitations, and vehicle accessibility.

2. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate vehicle and address information
• Maintain a valid payment method on file
• Ensure your vehicle is legally parked and safely accessible during your selected service window
• Ensure the vehicle’s fuel door is unlocked or accessible
• Ensure the correct fuel type is selected during signup
Failure to provide vehicle access may result in skipped service without refund of subscription fees.

3. Fueling Authorization
You authorize KMR Fuel to:
• Access the exterior fuel port of your vehicle
• Dispense fuel into the designated vehicle
• Charge your saved payment method for subscription fees and delivered fuel
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility and fuel type accuracy.

4. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis.
Fuel charges are billed separately based on actual gallons dispensed and current fuel pricing as set by KMR Fuel. Fuel pricing may fluctuate minute to minute based on market.
Customers authorize KMR Fuel to store and charge payment methods through our third-party payment processor, as well as put a hold of up to $250 on the selected payment method. The hold will be replaced by the actual amount owed before it posts.
Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of service, or other legal actions.
A charge for a minimum of 5 gallons will apply for each fueling event.

5. Scheduling & Service Windows
Service windows are estimated recurring fueling periods and are not guaranteed appointment times.
KMR Fuel reserves the right to:
• modify routes and schedules
• reschedule services due to weather, traffic, operational needs, or emergencies
• limit service availability by area or customer density

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel recurring service at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed.
To cancel a fueling, please reach out via the online form or email at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the equivalent of the fuel minimum of 5 gallons.
Fuel charges are non-refundable once fuel has been dispensed.

7. Safety & Service Refusal
KMR Fuel reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for (including but not limited to):
• unsafe conditions
• inaccessible vehicles
• suspected fraud
• incorrect fuel requests
• abusive behavior
• hazardous environments
If service is refused due to a condition outside of KMR Fuel's control within 24 hours of the scheduled service, the customer may be charged a fee (see cancellation).

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KMR Fuel shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages
• missed services
• delays
• vehicle access issues
• customer-provided information errors
• damages arising from incorrect fuel information supplied by the customer
• Normal vehicle wear and tear
• Vehicle inadequecies.
• Personal injury, or death
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Assumption of Risk
Customers acknowledge that fuel handling involves inherent risks, including spills, odors, equipment malfunction, and accidental damage despite reasonable precautions.
By using our services, customers voluntarily assume these risks.

10. Service Area & Eligibility
KMR Fuel currently operates only within approved service areas and reserves the right to approve or deny service requests at its sole discretion.
